Read fire force 1665/22/2023 FastQC was used to assess the quality and quantity of raw data. These DNA nanoballs were finally loaded into flow cell with DNBSEQ-T7 for paired-end 150 bp sequencing. Subsequently, loop amplification was performed to generate DNA nanoballs. Next, 5′-end of the library was phosphorylated and cyclized. Reef-building coral species of the order Scleractinia play an important role in shallow tropical seas by providing an environmental base for the ecosystem.
